Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have to have access to water and power?

No. Our units have the ability to work off the grid. We do however offer a discount for access to water and power.

What is a normal rental window?

We normally like to rent the units for an entire weekend. This allows us to get in and setup and be out of the way of other vendors. Ideally we drop a unit off on Friday and pick it up on Sunday.

Is an attendant required for every event?

No, but we highly recommend it. Besides keeping our units clean, our attendants understand how to handle any mechanical issue that might come up. An example is if we get a power surge to the unit, some of the systems will need to be reset.

What additional costs should we be aware of?

All of our quotes include cleaning, setup fees, pumping, and staffing if requested. Unless there is damage done to the unit, you will not be charged anything beyond the quote.
